Conversations and planning about our wishes and desires around illness and end of life are difficult, but so important. Even if you are healthy today, circumstances can change in an instant. Completing your Advanced Care Directive and other guidance for your loved ones to follow if you are unable to make those decisions for yourself can bring peace of mind to both you and your family, knowing your needs and desires are clearly defined, and giving your loved ones a clear basis for making decisions for you.
