Setting up video calling for the "tech challenged"

With so many people unable to see their loved ones in person due to isolation for a variety of reasons, Zoom and other video calling has become an option that many hvae turned to. However, many of our elders and those who are residents of nursing homes and other living situations may not have access to, or be comfortable using technology. this is an excellent article on ways to set-up this kind of communication for our friends and loved ones.
